We had a bad experioence. The room is ready as soon as we arrived, thats good. Upon check in noted the aircond is not cold, & the floor trap is stucked. Reported the problem & they came to rectify it. But at 1am ++ , suddendly the air con automatic off & totally unable to on it. The room became warm, hot & unbreathable. Reported but unlikely the unable to rectify it. We have been told to change the room aropund 2am..i'm totally disappointed as we need to relocate to other room at this hour but no choice. The replacement room is the same type of room but the cleaness is totally out..not clean, some hairs lyiong on the corner of the floor. Totally disappointed.

Excellent hospitality and facilities, the most amazing bed to sleep on (no kidding), aesthetic concept like a hidden jewel. good selection of breakfast.

Housekeeping was good and clean well but a bit odd timing. My first day I didnt request for hs but, when I went back to my room in the evening, he knocked on my door to ask when I didnt call for it. The second day was ok but he didnt remove the towels which was mention to leave it on the toilet floor if wish for it to be clean.The next day, no hs was done even when it is ready for hs and he knocked again after I went back to my room in the afternoon ( around 5pm) When I asked when does the hs usually starts, he said 5pm-6pm. Maybe its common there but, it was not the convenient time as I prefer to rest unless i call for room service. I have to request directly to the counter for early hs the next day with specific list to ensure he covers all area.it was not really a bad experience as he was mindful to ask if i need anything. Just the timing a bit odd for me.

- Self service laundry was a shock for a four star hotel. But worked in the end using the BigPay app. - Breakfast had fewer options than you'd normally expect for an international hotel.- Gym doesn't have AC- Check-in staff disappointed with their attitude and aura - Cafe seemed to have irregular hours and menu availability, which disappointed

Bathroom products most welcome ,,, a/C controls and output excellent .

Tried to order a Caesar salad in my room at 20.50 and was told kitchen already closed .. that is totally unacceptable and am pleased to say with assistance from reception i did eventually get my meal .Cold baked beans at breakfast ,, definitely poor. Requested a two egg omelette and got two one egg concoction ,,, nothing like an omelette should be ,,, cold chicken nuggets ,and chips , not good .Dining room staff ,, too casual ,,,couldn’t even see when sliced oranges had run out .Dining room windows not clean . Swimming pool red plastic loungers impossible to lie out on , As design causes the user to slide down to the lowest position ,, TRY IT … and you will soon find out totally impracticable .

The stay was very peaceful and nice I loved the view out there , The people there were friendly to us

The sofa was not clean and my children didn't like it they felt uncomfortable, and there is no proper carpark place for the guest to stay I find it weird when they ask us to pay , and the food was not an organized example, the butter and the jam was in the jar they provide like a butter sachet for hygiene purposes and will look more presentable....

Strategic location. Eatery shops are available especially if you are too lazy to go out. Room is spacious.

Buffet breakfast so so. Limited choice & not tasty. TV is the only standard channel that Malaysia offers

Everything was good . but the breakfast is failed. u can taste the cheap redbean, sweetcorn. and tasteless kueytiow curry chicken ? NOPE. please improve. Ur hotel already amazing

Spacious room. Clean. Tidy & cozy

No Parking space. Parking on street. Need to pay rm20 for valet parking. No variety of foods.

Not quit in the middle of China Town.Nothing to do in the hotel Can't order a beer for instance.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with enough options. The hotel is stylish. It has certain character.

The room was clean and spacious and comfortable enough for a solo traveler. The interior design of the hotel lobby was creative and inspiring, and I loved the red-tiled swimming pool, which is visually striking. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Had a peaceful and comfortable stay for 2 nights. The wifi speed was fast.

I drove to the hotel and I did not know the parking lot for the hotel was not on-site. Instead, the parking is an open air lot 60m away from the hotel, and when I arrived late in the evening, I had to walk through a quiet housing area to get to the hotel. I was warned not to wander around the area at night, since there were snatch-theft cases in the area. The parking rate is also RM 5 per entry.The water pressure in my bathroom was really strange -- the water would fluctuate between a weak and strong flow, and the water would go from hot to cold inconsistently, which made showering a bit uncomfortable.The on-site restaurant, Transit, is open from 7am - 6pm. On Google, the restaurant's opening hours were mistakenly set at 7am - 9pm, and I went down from my room at 7.30pm expecting to have dinner at the restaurant without realizing they actually closed at 6pm. I ended up having to order food delivery for my dinner. I have also submitted a correction to Google to amend the opening hours for the restaurant.Was happy to have satisfied my curiosity at staying at this hotel since what initially attracted me was the red swimming pool, but likely will not be returning.

Well-equipped gym

Staff attitude, extremely long check-in process despite few guests, lack of security as no guest card required to access all floors.

A surprisingly nice and quiet little hotel in the Chow Kit / Jalan Raja Laut area, with equally nice interior decoration. The price is acceptable, given the 4-star rating and the room size is alright.

Very few parking spots available in front of the hotel (valet parking, RM10). The designated hotel parking is about 50 meters away, which is a little bit too far away but also a litle bit too secluded for my liking. The street parking around the hotel is under DBKL, which means you need to pay using a parking app and only for a maximum of 2 hours per payment.

Clean , bed comfy pillow comfy . Staff friendly. Breakfast can be better

Small pool, gym facilities faculty and it hurt my son finger. Staff need to do regular check on gym equipment.

1. Location was near to my client office and I was able to walk.2. Staff who came to room services were helpful.

The breakfast was good but designed perhaps for an Asian (Chinese) clientele. Therefore things would be different to a European expectation. The decor and furnishings were 'funky' and more in keeping with a four star establishment.

There was no laundry so one has to walk down the street and use a public one. In the room there was no directory of information (such as emergency phone numbers, restaurants nearby, hotel facilities and times etc.) There was no spare toilet roll, just what was on the roller - which might be half used.

Special for the room and the cleanliness

Very disappointed the breakfast and very dirty, no one keep the table clean after guest eating. Breakfast is less choices, very terrible.

The design of the hotel is nice. We loved the lobby. Also, the restaurant on the top floor had stunning views.

We didn't like the breakfast - there were close to no options when we came (still like 1hr left).
